A long, long time
Yeah, it has been such a long time since I last updated! In a significant and meaningful amount, anyway.
On 24th September, two days ago, I went to Parvin’s house for Deepavali. His house was near Coronation Road West, so I thought I’d walk in from Coronation Plaza. A big mistake, since coronation is a very, very long walk! Those who came in from sixth avenue took only “2 minutes”, while I took half an hour.
It was a fun night. Good food and great games. Oh yeah, definitely a night to remember.
Then last night, I went to Wu Yue Tian (Mayday)’s concert. The funny thing is, I didn’t know who they were… It was a last minute thing, Jun Liang calling me at 5.45. I had nothing on that night, so I went.
Haha, anyway, Jun Liang and me went there, and the concert started at 8.30 pm even though it stated 8 o’clock. It is interesting to sit next to such enthusiastic audience. People in front and behind you are standing up, waving lightsticks and screaming madly. For me, I didn’t know their song, so I wasn’t too passionate about them. The lightsticks were predominantly blue. I don’t know if that is intentional or coincidental, but it did look pretty nice. If I have one grouch, it is that the music was too loud. But then, it wouldn’t be a concert if it isn’t loud. Part and parcel of it, I guess.
These are som nice two days. But promos results. Tomorrow. Sighz.
