Five Ways to Use LED Lights to Enhance Your Bridal Expo

Posted on: 25 May 2016

If you are a show producer planning a bridal show, you may be wondering if there are any fun flourishes you can add to your event. LED lights are great to consider, and they can enhance your show in a number of ways. Here are some ideas to inspire you:

1. Line the aisles.

You can buy long strips of LED lights encased in durable but flexible plastic. Sometimes called LED tape, these stips can be used and reused multiple times, which is great if you plan several shows a year. Position these strips of lights along the aisles at your event to make them look more sophisticated.

2. Loop them across the aisles.

Instead of placing your LED strips on the floor, consider hanging LED lights above the aisle. You can stretch long strands of LED lights from booth to booth across your aisles. When attendees walk through your show, they will feel like they are at a magical wonderland, and the vendors will love the decorative touches leading to their booths.

3. Brighten your stage.

If you are going to be holding a fashion show at your bridal expo, light up the stage with some LED lights. You can place lights on the stage to help outline it. Alternatively, if you don't have a raised stage, use lights on the floor to help define the stage area and cat walk as distinct from the area for spectators.

4. Create displays.

LED lights work great at creating a range of displays. For example, if you want some wedding fun at the front table where you sell tickets, you can wrap strands of LED lights around wire shaped like a tiered wedding cake. Alternatively, pop some flowers in a vase and place a submersible LED light at the bottom of the vase to create a cool effect that will draw attention.

5. Invest in novelty giveaways.

If you want to add light to your bridal expo while also making it more fun for attendees, consider investing in LED-lit novelties and giving them away as door prizes. At a bridal show, there are a number of ideas you could consider. For example, there are champagne glasses that have LED lights embedded in them. Alternatively, you could buy LED-based centerpieces to use as door prizes.
